What Is Acai Extract?
Acai extract is derived from the deep purple berries of the Euterpe oleracea palm, native to the Amazon rainforest. These berries contain one of the highest antioxidant concentrations of any fruit.
The extract is rich in anthocyanins, proanthocyanidins, and essential fatty acids. This combination provides comprehensive protection against oxidative stress and premature ageing.
Acai also contains plant sterols that support barrier function and skin hydration.
