Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) are a family of water-soluble acids derived from natural sources like fruits, milk, and sugar cane. The most common AHAs include glycolic acid (sugar cane), lactic acid (milk), mandelic acid (almonds), and citric acid (citrus fruits).
