Almond Oil Glycereth-8 Esters is a modified form of almond oil that has been chemically altered through a process called glycerylation. This transforms the oil into a more stable, versatile ingredient suitable for skincare formulations. It functions as both an emollient—softening and conditioning the skin—and as an emulsifier, helping to blend oil and water-based components together in a stable product.

This ingredient is particularly useful in skincare because the chemical modification makes it lighter and faster-absorbing than raw almond oil, whilst retaining many of its conditioning properties.
