Epilobium angustifolium extract is obtained from a flowering plant known in North America as fireweed and in parts of the United Kingdom as rosebay willowherb. It’s well known in folk medicinefor its soothing properties and has been used topically for centuries to treat rashes, burns, and other skin ailments.
