What Is Tocopherol?
Tocopherol is the common name for Vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant that protects skin cell membranes from oxidative damage. It exists in several forms, with alpha-tocopherol being the most biologically active in humans.
This essential nutrient works synergistically with Vitamin C and other antioxidants to provide comprehensive protection against environmental stressors. It also has moisturising and anti-inflammatory properties.
